There is nothing much to like, company is new in India, upper management is struggling to manage things because of lack of management skills. No salary hike given from last 2 years. Rules are different for every one, favouritism is on peak.

Dislikes

There's nothing much to like, there's just one thing which I feel is good that you have to work 7 hours from office and 2 hours from home. That's it.

Good work environment. Being a new budding it company in india, company is showing a good potential. There is good learning opportunities here. Since it is product base you gain a lot of experience w.r.t. the work culture.
