Upper management, particularly the associate director, tend to prioritise the contributions of their own referrals. This bias can lead to a disregard for the efforts of others who aren’t connected through these referrals. Despite demanding a 24/7 commitment and acknowledging hard work over a year and a half, employees may find themselves facing termination due to personal grudges rather than performance. It’s disheartening to see dedication overlooked, especially when it impacts career advancement and raises.
