of all the past companies I have worked for, this one has turned out to be a huge jump in everything from work culture to Freedom of ideation. The management keeps an open mind to inputs and gives me sole freedom to work according to my style. I had run a hefty digital campaign once and it came out to be not so rewarding still the management didnt scold me even once and told me not to worry about it, but be careful next time

Everything, A bunch of amateurs not willing to learn decided to create a brand out of a 5 decade old product by making minor changes. No work ethics, no professionalism, unpleasant directors who gets involved in every unnecessary area. They work on a concept of Use & Throw. They will extract all the useful info out & create such circumstances that one will exit the company on the 1st chance he/she gets. 80% of the core/founding team resigned within 60days of inception. Another 10% in another 30 days.

Everything. An amateur young couple in the name of Directors, who doesn't even have any knowledge of the Industry or either the company's basic culture. They want to make the most luxurious brand in the industry without any luxury element. They don't know the basic working culture, they don't know how to speak, they don't know what they actually want, they don't know what should be their business strategy, they don't know how to work (step by step), they don't even understand LUXURY, but once, you have given them any suggestion, they'll quickly pen it down with a deadline date and now you are the responsible person to do that work without any resources or any help. They expect you to do everything right from Branding, Marketing, Administration, Sampling, HR, Sales, IT, Operations, Pantry work (you name it and they expect you to to do that by yourself) and you can't say NO and can't even say that I haven't done it before - this is not my core working area, or else they will interrogate you like NCB & ED and will give you lectures for 2-3 hours and will tell you how WRIGHT BROTHERS have invented airplane without any prior experience of making airplanes. They don't understand the concept of having departments.

Would have posted negative stars if it were possible. Worst company to work with. Paying brand/marketing teams to post Fake positive reviews. Don't fall for their trap, all positive feedbacks posted are Fake & no such employees present.
