There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Fixed time and less work for those are not taking responsibility...For Freshers good company... learning and earning.

Working Environment not good. Herarchy not maintained... salary as per not your responsibility and designation...west ur knowledge and Time...for experience person... company not provide any facilities apart from salary.

...m mates and staff also verry good, there lot of thing to gain knowledge & skill. But little sacrifice with salary. But you can go ahead on the base of your performance. If you are fresher it will be nice for you.

they have give appraisal as per condition today he give 12 k thousand for enginneer ITI operator have much payment compare to this their motive has to just grow thier infrastructure their comany but the didnt thought about employee how he manage in that of low sallary in that condition so he will think about that as employee is happy they work joyfully & one thing they also give bond of 3 yrs
