In pandemic crisis our company should support us financially by giving full salary without any deduction. Also our company assure us our job will be safe and similarly they should guide us and our family for medical precautions to fight with covid-19.

Target is high , Sunday also working day , shift time from morning 9.30 to eve 8pm some time it may extend.. if we achieve target means no prblm or else we have to face ugly words from managers .

Except salary, nothing is here to like. There is no work life balance, No body will talk about your working hours neither management nor your RM. If you have family, then don't join BHFL. You life got sucks, you will have to work till 1-2 AM in every month at least five days in a month.
