Except salary, nothing is here to like. There is no work life balance, No body will talk about your working hours neither management nor your RM. If you have family, then don't join BHFL. You life got sucks, you will have to work till 1-2 AM in every month at least five days in a month.

They give opportunity to learn more than you know, they really makes you very knowledgeable.

Many things like salary as per work capabilities, bosses rules the office, discrimination (difference between on roll employees and off roll employees), and much many things like these.

...for personal development and good opportunities being a growth stage company. Compensation packages are great.

Dislikes

No work life balance. You need to be available 24*7*365. No leaves, holidays, fixed working hours or breaks.

Had a terrible job in which had a big pressure with no any sales executives even having big targets. Daily con calls with all abusive language.

Dislikes

...lofar type abusive language. No medical insurance provided for family persons. LAPTOP PROVIDED BUT FROM EMPLOYEE SALARY DEDUCTION. SHIRT NOTICE PAYBACK AMOUNT NOT GIVEN EVEN BRING ME EARLY FROM PREV COMPANY.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
