Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I doesn't like anything. They are deducting 25% salary of WFH employees so force to come at office.

Dislikes

Everything including working environment is worst. No any employee benefit policy. No HR and HR policy. Totally they doesn't care of employee.

Technofriendly Management, and Salaries are usually on time,

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high, I have to take calls 12-14 Hours, Even this Management do not value an individuals. Major diffrence in seeing and actuals. There is no security of the Job in the company, Lot of Politics in the office, Quality of the Products are average.
