And the employee is called indirectly for funding in which the employee has to pay the EMI of the customer from his own pocket which is not traceable customer. Or whatever the customer says, pay my EMI now, I will give it to you later. Timing Issue Sir timing is not important in bajaj finance's delhi branch here employees are called early in the morning and are made to sit in the office till late night, According to the Employee Act, no employee can be stopped for more than 9 hours, but still in Bajaj Finance, the employee is made to work for 12-12 hours, which is a big issue for any employee. Harrasment with Customers Sir Customers are called in the collection department for EMI collection and if any customer asks for time for EMI payment or is not able to pay EMI due to any personal problem then some employees of Bajaj Finance harrass the customer a lot and abuses him as well as threatens the customer.

You will have to sell every product of bajaj finserv as well as bajaj alliance. Despite of working in Bajaj finserv you will have to sell alliance products with heigh pressure even you are in operations department

My dislike about bajaj finserv is calling and salary. I am not happy to working this salary and callibg process. Actualy i am req proper MIS working.

...urity is important part but it is depend you how to work with your organistaion. They have good incentive plans and salary is also average. I also gain lot of experience from Bajaj Finserv because this one is my first job and company in my life. And about work environment so i was feeling like corporate. About work life-balance so it is parallel. So finally it was good time, experience and had a good platform with Bajaj Finserv.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure is high. Sometimes i have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...ing leave balance. 7. No buy out policy (despite of available in hr policies) 8. Held salary for 3 months despite not having any such policy and compelled to revoke resignation by blackmailing on salary release. 9. HR is not employee centric.
