...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.talk with custmer and about loan policy

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There's no work life balance, we need to work on holidays and weekends and what not the salary and the benefits were nothing more than a shitt....

We are working only for the remuneration we got from the company, and the salary for the same is good as compared to other organisations. Also, the auto promotion policy of the company really appreciable.

Dislikes

Working at Bajaj is not satisfactory. Many times we have to work for entire month without having a single week off. We need to work entire 31 days of the month. Also working hours not strict. Many times needed to work for 12-14 hours a day.

They will pay you very well in the part of incentives they are like they will rip u mentally and rip ur bank account or flood ur bank balance with high pay

Mental torcher if ur targets not achieved they will make sure u regret it and each morning ull wake up in dispersion feeling like why the hell ur born
