The pressure was relentless, and employees were expected to work grueling hours, often exceeding 12 hours a day. Ineffective Complaint Handling: Despite repeated attempts to raise concerns through the HR department, there was no support or resolution provided. My complaints about the toxic work environment and the behavior of Seema Poptani, the national lead of the credit card department, were consistently dismissed. Forced Termination: It became apparent that the company had a systematic plan in place to terminate employees before March, further adding to the stress and uncertainty among the workforce. Dismissive Response from Management: Even after escalating complaints specifically about Seema Poptani's behavior, there was no acknowledgment or support from management. It felt like the company prioritized its survival over addressing employee grievances. Demeaning Treatment: Employees, including myself, were subjected to disrespectful language and demeaning treatment, creating an intolerable work environment. Challenges in Seeking Redressal: Despite exploring avenues for complaint resolution, such as filing a complaint with FITE, the process seemed daunting and ineffective due to the lack of support from the company's management. In conclusion, my experience at Bajaj Finserv was deeply disappointing and stressful due to the toxic work environment and the company's failure to address employee concerns. I caution anyone considering employment with the company to be aware of these issues, as they can have a significant impact on one's well-being and job satisfaction.

...ing leave balance. 7. No buy out policy (despite of available in hr policies) 8. Held salary for 3 months despite not having any such policy and compelled to revoke resignation by blackmailing on salary release. 9. HR is not employee centric.

Work and experience is very high level and salary and incentive next leven but office politics is very high level no stuck promotion and manger support zero pressure hight level.

...ht also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member.
