Bajaj Finserv is very good company to work for specially for women's employee..There are great benefits for women's so that there career won't harm because of other responsibilities...Work culture is very good and safe..

Incentives and IJP policy is good but they didn't support employees thorough covid-19 lockdown.

...in the picture like Incentives on hold.. Appraisal on hold.. Promotion on hold.. Salary deduction etc. Top management thinks like employees don't work properly from home so they are not allowing WFH and forcing employees to come in office irrespective of covid-19 positive person or carrier roaming on office floor and though cases increasing on daily basis. Work environment is like you have to be available on holiday and almost on every Sunday.

Company works on best in market technologies to develope unique data architectures.

Dislikes

The compensation structure is not employee friendly. There policies which are very negative from employee POV like buy your own laptop, 6 days a week working, no work life balance.

I m very lucky i m working in Bajaj finserve in IT Department, now covid 19's days my family's condition is very bad in financial but only My job will making good. Thanks Bajaj

...ing leave balance. 7. No buy out policy (despite of available in hr policies) 8. Held salary for 3 months despite not having any such policy and compelled to revoke resignation by blackmailing on salary release. 9. HR is not employee centric.
