On men army company, no process only head management decide and change process any time. Life is hell here. And all upper management have very high attitude and all things like every thing done by Monday.

Being a BFSL employee, The work life balance here is super amazing. The RNR recognition which is happening every quarter is also good. Senior management knows you well, and very supportive. HR here is very friendly and helps you in every aspect in your tenure here in Bajaj. I love working here.

I don't find any minor issues which I think I dislike. Everything here is good, and which is not good, company is updating it for us.

All department head supportable. I like all top management and his support. Problem in Bajaj Broking only HR. She is not even able to recruiting core profile due to this business also hamper some time .. Company only need to reframe proper HR structure (mostly senior HR)

HR not a play her core role just playing & creating politics culture. Only problem I’d HR test I don’t thinks so any issue.

There is no job security with Bajaj securities also there is no proper mentoring there is fixed KRA management vision is not clear which is affecting employees career think twice before joining Bajaj. There is no proper support for sales people there is no lead support for sales people HR is very unprofessional.
