...hey even do cost cutting from tissues, toilet papers, tea, coffee and cutleries. Forcefully you have to buy refurbished laptop from them and monthly EMIs will cut directly from your salary, for your personal work you have to buy another laptop. Employees do not have enough space to sit. Every morning employees are fighting for chair and desk.

Work culture is very average. No Appreciation Laptop scam-you have to pay for the laptop without any reason Holiday problem you are having off in company calendar still they call you for office many more........

The company is good but there're pure domination for female candidates!! The working atmosphere Is good and package was good but my team wasn't good for me. Female candidates can't expect a job security. Apparently a female candidate can work only for 4 months or until 6 months. They made me self relieve. They made me to do that on my own. It's been two months I haven't received my settlement yet! So for female candidates there's no job security there's no concern for female staffs the office leaving time for me was 8.30pm to 9.00 pm. There'll be no pay for your hardworking (incentives). In my opinion for female candidates there's an ample of company out there please don't get tempted of this package and don't waste your time by working here.

Any one can earn good amount money Apart from Salary by Incentive. Not only just Sales people but also Operation people earn Incentive.
