There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

I want to work in the Bajaj Energy Limited maqsoodapur because here I am able to show my abilities and I can make my future in this company. So finally I would like to work in this company

Bajaj energy is a leading group in the field of power generation in UP. There, u have daily chances to get some knowledge about plant operation. Company culture is also good.

Nothing to say but salary structure is not good according to me.

Working time, annual function, official meeting, job training & guide line, accommodation facilities etc.

Dislikes

Working time not available snacks, Increment not satisfy, canteen charges high, salary deduct not any inform, Diwali bonus not given etc.
