...it's started only for a specific department. Unrealistic time lines are given. Pay dispersion is not fair. Marketing is never clear about what they exactly want. Unwanted pressure is created only on one department regardless of who is responsible for the delay in project.

...s good and continuously update the working culture. Management is totaly biased. Company policies are good and give good salary hike and bonous every year.

There is lot of politics in upper manager level and the negative impact goes to the junior employees. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

They r cut salary of April Month to half. May month they give full salary. The salary of April and May they paid in June..

No career growth , No increment last 2year, Full of politics issue , Many employees are relatives of other employees . One horrible thing is they extract work as a supervisor upto Senior engineer post .
