Bajaj Electricals have provided me the working confidence in electrical related fields especially in transmission and distribution.

Dislikes

Some working cultures need to be improved especially the inter departmental. Background checks especially for btech certificates and marksheets and salary slips should be checked as few people in Bajaj are working with forged certificates especially Mukund Kumar(PD EPC) in ballia and Sagar Panda (EHS OFFICER- IPSPL)

Company have two type employees on roll and off roll, on roll employees have a full facilities but not off roll employees. In this company off roll employees life is very very struggle life.People's attitude towards them is different.
