Don't join this company because there have not good culture for logistics. You will have to work over there too much time but no holiday no weak off and if you have medical issues it's your problem no leave will provide you by company. I had joined in this company it's my biggest mistake in my life.

Everything is dislike 1 there is not a fix date of salary credentials of offrole employees. 2 Your HR of your consultant are not responding when you have a query he just say as Bajaj said to him. 3 No overtime or holidays will pay to you because you are offrole employee. 4 There have no culture here Bajaj employee treats you like a labour.

...ur task without any drawback. That is the key of groth in Bajaj Electricals ltd. Salary paid on last working day of the month.Tour and travelling policy is too much good. Politics is human mind so it is every where.

Company work culture fantastic, salary on time, very friendly working environment, all team Mets are working for one goal I.e. highest business growth.

Area which needs to improvement I.e. traveling policy's need to be revised, and work on tested product were as no of sku.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is. Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is alow.

I was on off roll. So less salary & No benefits . No work satisfaction because the work assigned to me was different from my profile no involvement in main activities . If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.
