Bajaj company has get a award to great place to work.but some senior r not good.their behavior is very bad.

Salary structure was nice Flexible timings Management was top notch

Can't survive without having your own clients Higher authority isn't that much skilled They dont know the how actually process works Putting pressure unnecessarily Brokerage structure was very low

I will neven suggest anyone to join this company.. All are frauds.. I left the job 4months before still don't get my salary yet.. They are not even cooperating.. They don't pick the call also don't text back.. No communication.. Ridiculous. I will take legal action now.

There is no one is not supporting to newly joins ,and there is more politics.all is under manager control,

There is a lot of politics ,,and the management doesn't salary is decent but career growth is slow,there is a lot problems.
