Salary is not provided as per the job designation,very delayed in promotion, unnecessary huge job pressure ,no job security,biased attitude of managers Only 3 days week off in a month

Colleagues, office working culture, employee treating ways are good, Fairly pay the salary on time.

I don't have any dislikes in bajaj..mostly everything is fine...sometimes only I missed the work-life balance

The manager and employees are so friendly. They treat you like a part of their family.

Not give pramotion to operation executive if they working still 3 year and more (my personal experience because I have completed 3 year still I am their where from i started just give me the increament on behalf of my performance)

kyuki na to seniors ka support rhta hai na kuch atmosphere bhi nhi bolte jrur h problem btao solution denge but koi support nhi krta ..... infect manager khud support nhi krta ulta zm tk battamizi se bat karte h...
