No benefits, and less salary is given for L4 and L5 and no salary hike or promotion for the employees who work for 20-25 years he will be in L4 only. At the time of resigning or while leaving the company HR will not bother or ask any questions why are you leaving the organisation. Poor HR Policies.

Salary credit on time. Good food on 100% chargeable basis. Pune is good location.

...archy, means their is no designation in the organisation except few designation. Considering designation less company, their is very less increase in salary and No promotion. Instead of giving salary hike, Bajaj Auto reduced salary permanently. Unethical HR practices by unethical HR managers. I don't have bad words to say more. Never join this company.

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.
