Very bad HR policies.. no growth opputunities.. 1st company I have seen in my life which cuts salary after 14 years of experience citing studpid reasons.. can cut salary and benefits anytime without prior information.

Sometimes u get overloaded with work. Promotions are rare and often takes years. Bus facility is poor Creche facility only for female employees that too not good.

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.
