This is a very bad company, nothing to like. They will offer a good salary for freshers but fresher can be fired any time.

...y offer another amount and actually paying below than whatever your CTC package. Zero variable pay paid by company. Company hire candidate on hire amount and later reduce CTC permanently, which is very unfortunate. Poor appraisal system. Company deliberately give poor appraisal rating to save variable pay. No hierarchy in system. Poor designations in the company so employees can not get a new job out side company. 3 months notice period is fixed like bonded labour system. Three months delay in full and final after leaving company duly served 3 months notice period. Current CHRO and MD of company will ruine the company. They are playing with life of employees. Hire and fire on top.

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.
