...s increments are limited. I hope to get paid more for the value I am delivering. Low salary is probably an industry issue. 2. Focus is more on work, engagement is largely missing. This probably true for the company. 3. Workshops and outing for team bonding or annual planning are largely not there in my department.

On time salary, no attrition during difficult times.

though its good at an organization level but at operation level there is too much of biasness, manipulations, forcefulness, favoritism , humiliation and no recognitions.

Prior to 2017, company was having good growth opportunities and had good learning environment

Very bad HR policies.. no growth opputunities.. 1st company I have seen in my life which cuts salary after 14 years of experience citing studpid reasons.. can cut salary and benefits anytime without prior information.

Work satisfaction, learning skills. And it is the best organisation people who work in L3 and Above.

... at the bottom level ultimately manager takes the whole recognition done by you. No benefits, and less salary is given for L4 and L5 and no salary hike or promotion for the employees who work for 20-25 years he will be in L4 only. At the time of resigning or while leaving the company HR will not bother or ask any questions why are you leaving the organisation. Poor HR Policies.

...mmates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
