There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues...Salary is decent but our career growth is little slow..There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.
