Instead of giving salary hike, Bajaj Auto reduced salary permanently. Unethical HR practices by unethical HR managers. I don't have bad words to say more. Never join this company.

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.

It is as low as zero for worst performer & then 10%, 75% & 125% in increasing order 6) No defined scope of work 7) No lateral movements 8) work as individual contributor throughout your career...
