Good pay till mid management. Salary are reduced for many employees. Hire and Fire culture is getting adopted. Less No job security in the mind of many employees.

...n future. Less opportunity and position in top management due to lean structure. Salary bands are getting changed at certain level no hike in basic pay. 6 day working and less paid off makes working hectic and low scope for work life balance
