There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No job security. Only people who can make bosses happy (other than work) can be safe. Others shall be sacked any moment. Very high politics in office. No work life balance. Will have to work on PPT for all days rather than actual work.
