Many brances out of india BM are not cooperating with employee and also no sense to dealing with employee and their clients. I request my seniors must do inspection on BM and every branch after two three months. Also lack of knowledge how to behave with your employee ,seniors and juniors.overall company is very good.

... Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company is best fastest growing company in india. But the managers working culture is dengerous because the managers are Black mail with employees salary, one of my manager was directly telling that if I do business then only I get salary, And this is the company policy he was telling is it my dear company CEO, In business sales the tarcher is common but who will blame with employees salary. And check the trainers quality.

If you are doing at least one policy per month of min 5k then no one is going to fire you. Products of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is good.

...manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job
