The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

In December i got gallbladder remove surgery and I got post surgery health issues i am not able to travel 50 kms/ day from branch to my residence and vice versa i had faced a lot of problems But my reporting manager namely ARSHAD WANI AND ASM Mr. ASHIQ don't coperate with me and send me abasccond mail and termination letter from hr total injustice Ganderbal Jammu and Kashmir Destroyed my career

... Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company is best fastest growing company in india. But the managers working culture is dengerous because the managers are Black mail with employees salary, one of my manager was directly telling that if I do business then only I get salary, And this is the company policy he was telling is it my dear company CEO, In business sales the tarcher is common but who will blame with employees salary. And check the trainers quality.

I liked about incentives, recognition, accommodations also about some investment traditional plans which good as compared to market. Also like term plan of bajaj Allianz life Which cheaper in the market and they give handsome discounts to their employees for self purchase.

...d office. No matter how far away form your place and no matter what is the time. Too much traveling, half of your salary was gone in traveling. If we talk about support from colleagues and manager or administration everyone just showing they doing but actually no one doing anything.

If you are doing at least one policy per month of min 5k then no one is going to fire you. Products of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is good.

...manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job
