The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

After Joining the company They don't give proper salary to the employees till they can't sell any insurance to the customer after selling max 6-8 insurance policies then they will give the salary

They're all fraud. At first they tell you that they'll give you fixed salary of 19k. For that you've to crack IRDAI exam , give them a business of 3L and four candidates. But after a completing it you'll eventually find out that there's nothing like fixed salary , they'll give you 7k if you give business of 50k minimum in a month and additional 12k if you give a business of 1L. FRAUDSTERS Mr. Parthajit Das (CRP) is one of the biggest liars anyone could face. Pls don't believe a single word what he says.

No proper understanding of work as well as no support from seniors, no proper hierarchy is maintained eg : freshers leading a team where experience candidates are there, it becomes difficult to work in this way

...mmates is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fir chilling. Cimpany policies are good apprasals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
