By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job

IT IS SO SAD FOR ME TO KNOW THAT THE CULTURE IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY IS WORST. EMPLOYEE IS BEING JUDGED ON BASIS OF THEIR CASTE AND COMMUNITY. I HAD BEEN TREATED THE SAME WAY BUT WHEN I COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME MY VOICE HAD BEEN PUSHED DOWN. NO SUCH ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AGAINST THE SENIOR. I BEGGED TO HR BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. I HAD BEEN SO HARSSSAD DURING MY JOB. NO ONE HELPED ME. I CANNOT DESCRIBE THE WAY I HAD BEEN TREATED. IF COMPANY WANTS TO KNOW THE ACTUAL TRUTH.
