... Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company is best fastest growing company in india. But the managers working culture is dengerous because the managers are Black mail with employees salary, one of my manager was directly telling that if I do business then only I get salary, And this is the company policy he was telling is it my dear company CEO, In business sales the tarcher is common but who will blame with employees salary. And check the trainers quality.

If you are doing at least one policy per month of min 5k then no one is going to fire you. Products of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is good.

...manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job

No proper training , no support in business hence we lack in aquaring business as compared to Max life insurance aur competitors in axis bank channel.

No one( Sr. Management) cares about you,they just need business that too what they ask from you " no need based selling". Rather then that there are meetings meetings and meetings for the sales team.

Overall work culture of the organisation is good and the management of the organisation is employee friendly

The only lacking point is that the organisation did not provide year on year salary hike until or unless someone did not achieve their yearly Targets.
