My first job started at Bagic only first I joined DM team on 18th Feb 2016 and I have passed On roll exam and moved to Pvt Banca team 20th august -2018 over all very experience in bagic its wonderful company .

I am 6.5years old in the company and I have achieved all parameters but every year I got bad rating and my package also less ....so I am not happy with this ...

Company policy are very sharp and easy to maintain.

...then the security of future life is more happiness than compare to present life.salary growth is very slow .There is a contract for 6 months .

...orted alot from my superiors, HR and entire management of Bajaj Allianz GIC LTD. There is no deduction in form of Salary, Incentives etc.

Expect the pay scale and limited growth opportunities ,there is nothing u can complain about.

Very less salary is paid to high experience people and HR gives no value to old employees to motivate or reward old employees who have given their whole life to company.
