Best about BajajAllianz is employee care and skil development and learning. Hike and bonus a bit debatable .but overall its good when it comes to disbursement of monthly sallery.

Team mates are great,training and learning is good,salary is ok. Etc

Team leader are worst,job security is average, career growth cannot be expected as previous team leaders are not transferred or raised up, appraisal is worst only people in favour are considered,no innovation,work life is the most worst also has to work on weekends without any benefit,a lot of politics are been held.

Company environment, salary, also other department very supportive, friendly environment also all festival are celebrated there.

Dislikes

Hr not taking action against loyal or hardworking peoples when they was complaining against the exact issue.. they just ignore employees complaint because of management.

Very less salary is paid to high experience people and HR gives no value to old employees to motivate or reward old employees who have given their whole life to company.
