Seniors do not value an individual's unique strengths and thereby makes the job function a stereotypes and monotonous.Appriasals were manipulative which disregarded individual contribution for growth making it slow at times. Also there was negligent job rotation once you attain seniority which would hamper the overall development of the employee in general.

There's no clarity of the job profile during the briefing of job and doesn't give fair briefing about job, in my case I was given briefing on B2B and after joining I am assigned to B2C they mentioned their won't be field job and now I just don't know my daily schedule also where I need to head

My first job started at Bagic only first I joined DM team on 18th Feb 2016 and I have passed On roll exam and moved to Pvt Banca team 20th august -2018 over all very experience in bagic its wonderful company .

I am 6.5years old in the company and I have achieved all parameters but every year I got bad rating and my package also less ....so I am not happy with this ...
