Salary and the parent company brandname that everyone uses. But please beware it is nothing like Bain & Company. It is a backend office where you work on making excel pivots (in a way)/ copy pasting data in presentation. Basically it is outsourced grunt work for actual consultants which does not require you to think. A class 10th pass student can easily work here and succeed.

Would not recommend to anyone who wishes to grow in their career. This is a place for fresh graduates (analysts) to relax while they prepare for post graduation. EXTREMELY LIMITED EXIT OPPORTUNITIES, Everyone in the market knows reality of BCN now. If you stay longer here you might not get any job in consulting, this not a consulting organisation but a mere backend for brainless work. 1. Culture: BCN has the worst culture I have ever seen in a professional organisation, they have tried to copy paste elements from the parent company without understanding their merits or demerits which hasn’t turned out well. Currently, the culture and growth of mid management is dependent on an internal anonymous case score which is taken every alternate month. This score is a platform to hold grudes, since mid management growth is dependent on the score. It is encouraged to just make the juniors happy and not to say or do anything in case of their inability to work or lacking attitude. This creates a very toxic culture where rather than hardwork only favourites of senior management succeed. 2. Quality of work: The work requires you not to think, everything is very operational in nature. You are required to follow instructions of the real consultant sitting outside India to the letter. BCN exists due to its ability to create efficiency in repetitive brainless work. The work mostly is around analyzing survey data (which could easily be done by pivots) but since real consultants actually need to think and manage multiple things on a case they outsource their grunt to this place. 3. Senior Management and leadership Almost all of the senior management has no consulting experience whatsoever. They have no idea what consulting actually is, they are mostly homegrown in this organisation. They are baised and differentiate basis lateral hire and home grown resources. They hide their inability or lack of experience/ knowledge by being people pleasers. 4. Growth The organisation has become top heavy due to their recent hiring spree post 2021. Extremely limited room for growth, infact senior management is trying to push out people leveraging toxicity through internal anonymous case scores. Future looks doomed due to limited expansion opportunities for the business from Bain consultants, even they are realising the quality of work and talent in BCN is sub-par at best.

Great colleagues, decent pay, great team norms, low micromanagement and a chance at a social life beyond work.

Dislikes

Competitive and toxic seniors, stingy upper management, not a great place to be at in-terms of learnings after 2 years

Work culture. Organization support

Dislikes

Managers and supervisor. Not all but some are toxic who will make your life hell. If it's not going great, one should look to change your supervisor but asking a toxic manager won't help

Good perks ,parties , offsites ,lunches at fancy hotels.

Dislikes

No learning , no one to lead. Dont join if you want quality of work and learning. They will expect you to do basic work and be attracted to fancies of the office and never leave the company.
