The Bahwan Group is one of the best employers of Oman and they are take care of their employees really good.

Dislikes

As for the Bahwan IT. There is a group of people who have made it worse for everyone to work. They have ganged up and harass everyone trying to do the genuine work. They are foot lickers and have made the one the best IT companies of Oman in to shambles. Bahwan IT is loosing market share amongst it competitors and things are going down very fast. A lot of people have resigned because of this toxic atmosphere. A lot others are planning to do so.
