Good company .MD is good but the culture is very bad due to heavily empowered business and BU heads. CEO heavily depends on his close aids for guidance and is not accessible to any other.He breathes and believes what his close aids feed him with misinformation. A good company a good leader being misguided by his close aids. No motivation for team members to perform as the Vertical heads and other seniors sabotage the effort of sincere workers or hijack the credit of some body else and portray to MD as it his/her and he believes. Worst HR department. The Head HR is one of the worst he does not take any initiative or responsibility and enjoys procrastination and being responsiveness

...nage the responsibility of each business vertical and other very senior members. Give very high targets so that the business head does not achieve and not pay variable salary and don't give increments

No job security, not much projects. They will get you in with the market salary but there is no learning here. Hire and fire concept once your project billing is at stake. Poor policies in place, no transparency and so much politics with management and HR can change the policy as they wish from time to time.

The company is very good to work with, and health insurance policy is very good when I got treated they paid around 4 plus lakh with in few hours with out any hassle, friendly staff

Reporting managers are good at ensuring solid working atmosphere.

Work life balance is not great. Pulled weekends and over nighters working towards delivery and received no compensation interms of hikes.

Only working space is good, poor work culture, arrogant vo workers and managers, very very low compensation expecting freshers with two yrs experience and expecting experience to work with fresher salary.

Dislikes

This place is only for freshers not for experienced, no credit will be given to you, seniors will rob your selections and closures you will never get any credit for your work, you will cornered if you are against their policies and you will fired without any prior Information. Experienced pls don't come here for work better you can be unemployed .
