No proper salary hike very less paid, no festive leave .. sat off not given.. incremeant takes 6-7mnta to happens like after April need to wait till sep Oct for bonus n increment till den u hv to keep serving the company

Working at Bahar Infocons in fixed income corporate actions team was so enticing. Specially one needs to have enthusiasm towards financial services industry to be in FI India team catering the context of Indian corporate actions. Showing gratitude to Sunil sir & Satish more for believing in me so as to showcase my skillset even though I was an amateur. Work culture is phenomenal & events push up to adorn it. Great!! Had a great time.

There is no growth in the organization and the company is stuck at 200 employees since 20 years. If the company does not grow how are employees going to grow within the company. Team Leaders have got stuck in the same position since more than 15 years with no opportunity of becoming a Manager/ VP. They are frustrated because of this situation and grumble in private about their condition of not getting any promotions. Many individuals make fun of these TLs by saying that they have put fevicol on their chairs thereby making them look like a bunch of jokers. Backups/ Supervisors are eagerly awaiting when these TLs will leave the company and they will get their long due promotion. So there is immense pressure on these TLs to leave and make way for others. The owner is like a Lalaji sitting in his Lala company and does not have any vision or ambition to make the company grow. The future for senior employees in this company is very uncertain.

Bad company with bekar manager specially Mukesh Ambani who is jinn and baba this kind of people are not allowed in company.Beware of Mukesh Ambani who is baba who knows everything even boss of the company knows about him but no-one is taking action against him supporter of Mukesh Ambani Preeta Kondoyor,Manoj pevekar,Piyush chavda arrest them already there is complaint in police station of them

Everything because Mukesh Ambani who is jinn in the company who knows everything what you are doing and what you are going to do in future this kind of people are not allowed in the company,pls don't join this company there is no scope of this field in future most of employees after leaving bahar working in different field they call new and fresh employees to just use them and to destroy there life, Don't join this company.
