There is no growth in the organization and the company is stuck at 200 employees since 20 years. If the company does not grow how are employees going to grow within the company. Team Leaders have got stuck in the same position since more than 15 years with no opportunity of becoming a Manager/ VP. They are frustrated because of this situation and grumble in private about their condition of not getting any promotions. Many individuals make fun of them by saying that they have put fevicol on their chairs. Backups/ Supervisors are eagerly awaiting when these TLs will leave the company and they will get their long due promotion. So there is immense pressure on these TLs to leave and make way for others. The owner is like a Lalaji sitting in his shop and does not have any vision or ambition to make the company grow. The future for senior employees in this company is very uncertain.

Working at Bahar Infocons in fixed income corporate actions team was so enticing. Specially one needs to have enthusiasm towards financial services industry to be in FI India team catering the context of Indian corporate actions. Showing gratitude to Sunil sir & Satish more for believing in me so as to showcase my skillset even though I was an amateur. Work culture is phenomenal & events push up to adorn it. Great!! Had a great time.

People in the company are good-natured and amiable, however be aware and get too friendly and take time to choose your circle. There are events and functions for entertainment and team-building, while the work, though repetitive and somewhat boring, is fairly easy and doesn't require too much mental prowess to do, easy money. Just put in the hours, do the work on time and efficiently and you'll have no problem. If you're a fresher who needs time to figure out your future career path and want some time to take the next step, this job can be a good solution to make money, get some experience and figure out your path. Generally the people here are good and the Boss, while seemingly strict, is an admirable and sometimes friendly person. A benevolent dictatorship would be the best way to summarize the leadership. The organisation also participates in good CSR initiative.

Although the job profile would mention Data Analyst, your actual work will be to collect data from the internet, clean it and enter it into the inhouse software. So don't fall for that if you're actually looking for a finance role. Work timings are strictly gender tailored, 7-3 for women and 3-11 pm for men. The appraisal process is seemingly long and you get the appraisal around September-October, probably a way to keep employees from leaving at march during peak hiring season. You can only expect good appraisals if you've spent a significant amount of time here, else expect 7-10 % . Also other work like some Admin or IT related work can be assigned to you depending on situation

No Indian holidays and no Saturday off. No growth in the company and no opportunity for career growth, promotions for employees. Salaries and increments are pathetic and very low. The office has poor facilities for employees and is situated in a old broken down shabby building. It looks like a "Purani Haveli" and the office environment is like a "Municipality office". The work done in this company does not need any prior knowledge or skills and anybody who is even 12th pass can do this job. After joining you will receive WCA data entry training. So if you are a graduate or post graduate doing this kind of job then you are wasting your time and career by working in this company since such experience does not count. The company mostly hires freshers and individuals who are jobless and unemployed because such people do not have bargaining power in terms of salary negotiation since they are only looking for any kind of job. So the company and HR will exploit such people because of their joblessness by giving a lower salary and also since they can join immediately without any notice period commitments. This company is like "Besaharon ka Sahara" and anybody who does not have a job and any other option will definitely find a job in this company but with a lessor salary since the company will take advantage of your "Majboori". The job has no potential in terms of learning, knowledge and skill development. The work is data entry/updating in WCA for corporate actions like dividend, splits, takeover, merger, mutual funds, UIT, bonds, redemption etc. The company and HR will lie about the job profile by saying that it is a Data Analyst job but 90% of the job is Data Entry. They feel ashamed to admit about the data entry services provided by the company. With such work experience it is very difficult to find other jobs especially seniors who are above 30. There are 2 processes Equity Corporate Action and Fixed Income and both are worthless in terms of learning and gaining knowledge or skills. After working in this company you will only become a "Master of WCA" which is "useless experience" because it has no scope and value and you will be considered as a fresher in other companies while searching for jobs. Many individuals and Team Leaders have got stuck in the same position since more than 10 to 15 years and not getting any promotion within the company. They are also frustrated since they are not able to find other jobs and also do not have any other option due to their "Majboori" with such kind of irrelevant WCA experience. It is a place where you will only see your career getting destroyed in the long term with nowhere to go like many senior employees have found out. There is no future for employees in this company and due to technologies like AI such companies involved in data entry and data processing jobs will shut down in the future. So be worried about your future in such a company.
