Dislikes

Company doesn't care about employees & workers. They never give salary from their account, salary never transferred on time, always 2 to 3 months late. How employee & workers will suffer if their salary is hold for 2 to 3 months. All politics players played with employees future. PF and ESI is not submitted since last year. Even vendors money is hold who provide parts in company. company is perfect in giving date on date to everybody but not paying.

Bafna healthcare is a branch of Bafna motor (Pune), basically company manufacturing different type of ambulances. Company environment it is very good and make good quality product. I am also employee of Bafna Healthcare Private Limited and I like the quality product.
