Company culture is good. Good people in the organistaion. organisation values are good Unit head : saurabh sir, sushanth sir, Hitesh sir, Bharat sir, Bishnu sir , kamlesh sir are good leaders.

...y GET not use their mind. Keep your promise when you tell will promote your GET.If your GET is working better than your experienced officer please hike is salary to atleast 20 percent. Don't take your experienced person take it for guaranty. DON'T tell employee to not meet their family in off day.It is employee choice whether he want to meet his family in off day or not. Respect your officer in front of sr. operator.Try to learn from kamlesh sir. Keep improve yourself. I want that you will grow more. I hope this advice will help you.

Lot of Politics.....and because of fewer senior management designated authorities this company has loose its importance.....Zero knowledge people at higher positions with big figures in their A/C and there's no justice for people at executive level.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. The good thing about this company is that this company gives a chance for freshers students.this allows him to gain about the chemical plant .

The staff members of the company is given more facilities, while the contract employee is given more or less facilities, contact employee is also promotes after long time

Ii am fully satisfied with the culture of company people are very cooperative and give us the full opportunity to grow up at any level depending upon your qualifications and skills .I found the family culture there.

My suggestion is only to open a staff canteen also to provide quality and low spicy foods
