I had worked with Badve Engineering Ltd from last 18 years, in this journey ,i observed that there is very good work culture ,atmosphere as well as job security ..i had enjoying working with my colleagues .This is top company in automobiles sector .I was very happy with my job .

Dislikes

...s i have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .Compensation is decent ,but growth is very slow.I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

...and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact once I was part of a team. Salary package and other lncentive facilities are good. Work atmosphere is good. Company is small as compare to big renowned groups but feels family atmosphere. If I get second opportunity I would be glad to rejoin Badve group.

yearly appraisal not on time After appraisal all months correction not given After resignation monthly grading zero(zero allowance Huge salary cutting) ,however total tenure always A rating . How its possible only last month performance zero ,However on other side retention offers. Last year appraisal and salary correction not given after resignation (as late appraisal declared during notice period)

4+ year experience in sheet metal assembly line & production monitoring with proven records. I am responsible for Improvement & Monitoring Overall production of the Press & Fabrication shop, Manpower utilization, Responsible for Improvement & Monitoring of Output per man-days, OLE, IHR reduction. I am a good team- player & enthusiastic go-getter. Having good pleasent & calm personality.

As a Project & development engineer, i'm fortunate enough to get an exposure working closely with tools and fixtures manufacturers for sheet metal parts development for our customer HMSI (Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India Ltd) as well as gained ample knowledge of corporate functioning. Since i'm the one from north India in the department, and i will be treated the same way as others so there is no caste discrimination. As per current situation since entire country is lock-down due COVID 19 virus, we had orders to work from home till lock-down period.

1. Salary Hike- From last one year i haven't received any salary hike, and it may be due to BS VI model development phase which causes current production to slow down and put automotive sector in recession 2. Work Life Balance- During BS VI development period we worked on sunday as well, and that continued for months. This practice demands right policies in the department to maintain work life balance 3. Politics- Politics is everywhere and you will experience some politics here as well
