I swear they don't deserve to be even humans. They don't care about how you work; what you work. All you have to special (VERY SPECIAL) to one particular senior and boom! increment all year. Don't come here, it's a hell.

You will get good knowledge regarding construction and site work. Also you will develop good skills in managing and handling people and clients.

No timely salary. Salary is always delayed. Moreover the company lacks professionalism and has terrible work culture. Work hour is like 12- 14 hours on site. Honestly, when you are giving so much of your time for a company, the company must atleast give you timely salary. And morever, preference is always given to family members in the company. Outsiders are many times neglected.

A worst company.Only company will take advantage from employee but they didn't pay their salary on time.They pay after 3 months.And nonsense HR policy.No growth no skill development.Only you will get frustrated.

...site engineer ,Site incharge,all engineers , we don't get any leave in the week Monthly salary is not received on time, it gets delayed by 2-3 months.
