New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...epartments. Also politics within teams, actually there is no team, all pretends. Dont's ask about salary, it's worse than the politics. Oh wait and the HR. I swear they don't deserve to be even humans. They don't care about how you work; what you work. All you have to special (VERY SPECIAL) to one particular senior and boom! increment all year. Don't come here, it's a hell.

A worst company.Only company will take advantage from employee but they didn't pay their salary on time.They pay after 3 months.And nonsense HR policy.No growth no skill development.Only you will get frustrated.

They're not supporting neither financially nor mentally. Working environment is quite good.

Dislikes

They pay salary after 3-4 months after begging.They make you feel that this is your fault you join here. There is no career growth no learning no appraisal no motivation. If you have knowledge then you may lost all your knowledge here. Even seniors don't have knowledge. Recommend not to join here.
