Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Two things I mostly liked in bader Al mulla company one is about salary, that never delayed Second thing accommodation that I got better one

Actually everything perfect but in our contract little bit difficult for annual leave

I enjoy the supportive and collaborative work enviornment, the opportunitie for professional growth,and the alignment of the company's values with my own

Dislikes

I would like to suggest that,for me personally,it would be more benificial if increments were added to the basic salary rather than in the form of incentives.this change would provide a more save and predictable income,and i believe it would better aline with my financial goals. Thank you for considering this feedback.
