Good pay scale , benefits , conference within India , monthly liquor quota, Saturday off & get exposed to newer environment get to learn lot of things.

No Job Security, lot of paper work & work load , no team handling job u yourself has manage yourself , promotion only received after when u get older, Top management doesn't treat you well , & this is family company for just name sake .
