Appraisals are not good, you need to look for another job after 2-3 years due to salary issues. Leave structure is not good. The leave structure is made in a way that you will automatically take less leaves.

1. Management product can be improved for providing the documents which is needed (As it's in progress) 2. More training sessions are needed to improve writing codes skills 3. Some of the project doesn't consist documentation to understand the project

Infrastructure is vibrant and full of fun seemingly. Payrolls are regular on a fixed date. Opportunities to display and develop ownership in work. No screen tracking system. Open environment with freedom of innovation in work.

Dislikes

...rive conduction even after excellent work contribution and top internal reviews. HR-Talent Acquisitions people behaves very badly with the candidates and force them lowball their expected compensation by creating irrelevant emergency and sometimes in a humiliating language when the candidates are aware about their market value.

Not much control on your projects or where you would work with client. Not necessarily bad but not good either

I really like the work life balance in Bacancy they really providing that kind of flexibility to all the employees.

I feel the salary part is on lower side which can be improved a bit based on years of experience.
