Landmark Group is one of the well known Brand, but on the other hand Babyshop which is one of the concept of Landmark Group has a very terrible work atmosphere. It's full of Politics which is managed by those Employees who are there with the Company for more than 15-25 years and the most unfortunate part is most of them are not even properly educated in terms of Academics as well as Profession since they have spent there entire life within this Company and are not at all aware of the outer world of Retail. Job Security is Good till the time you don't share your Ideas and Thoughts and do what you are asked to do. It becomes very difficult co ordinate with these Older staff. So the Survival is in your Hand.

Job security was never a doubt, carrier growth was there and flourished as the years went by, salary well was not that strong as per the market, but there was a kind of togetherness, our MD Mr. Suresh Advani, was kind of a father figure, very strong, strict and a very nice person.
Appraisal yes in house as well as from the group ( landmark group - owner Mr. Micky Jagtiani ) travel as per company norms free tickets to and fro, leave salary, nice place to work with, times changed, new management new thought, groups training school, developed, new ideas, our new GM ( Mr. Clive Freeman - UK ) comes along changed our style of working, plentiful benefits and growth opportunities, under the watchful eyes of our CEO Mr. Vinod Talreja, what a time that was, growth and expansion, babyshop expanded to 51 stores from the time I joined 1993 Dec to 2017 Jan. Times changed people who worked for the company were releaved difficult times and market conditions ...
