Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This place has got nothing to like about. The only good thing I carried with me was the love of students.

Dislikes

There are no ethics, morals or fair work culture at this place. There is a lot of discrimination between employees and lot of internal politics and favorism. They do not care about students' development but only about their profit. Management has no regard for their employees who works hard but only like being flattered by some employees who play foul politics and are in their good books.
